Commission Guidelines
Commissioned work is gladly accepted (excluding portraits).
A price that is mutually acceptable to both parties will be
determined before beginning the work.
If the proposed subject matter has a general interest or
appeal (as determined by the artist), and does not exceed
16 inches by 20 inches in size, the work can be done on
approval. That is, the work may be accepted or rejected
by the client on completion. If the client rejects the work,
however, it may then be sold or used by the artist as he
chooses.
On the other hand, if the subject matter is not of general
appeal (that is, highly personal or unusual, as determined
by the artist) or, of greater dimensions than 16 inches by
20 inches, the work becomes the property of the client on
completion for the full price previously agreed upon. A
signed agreement would be necessary.

Refund Policy
FULL REFUND will be given for an item returned within 30
days of purchase provided that
• The item is insured for its full value
• The item is in its original condition on return
CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURCHASE will be given for the full
value of purchase if an item is returned within 31 to 60 days
of purchase provided that
• The item is insured for its full value
• The item is in its original condition on return
